Maintenance Mechanic

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to support the operation and maintenance of industrial food manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting experience, preventive maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on:
• High voltage systems: 480V, 240V, and 110V
• Low voltage systems: 24V DC and 5V AC/DC
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Support production operations by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns.
• Install, modify, and test equipment components as needed.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Electrical experience
• High voltage 480v 240v 110v.
• Low volt 24 and 5v DC, AC
• Trouble shooting industrial equipment and PM experience
• Food manufacturing Experience
• Bilingual preferred

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
