Warehouse Order Selector

• Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

• Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Order Selector to join our team. In this role, you will accurately select, scan, and pack approximately 100 small parcels per day in a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment. This position requires strong computer literacy, light lifting (under 25 lbs), and the daily use of RF scanners and pallet jacks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick Orders: Locate and collect customer orders from warehouse shelves or racks based on printed sheets, work orders, or computer printouts.

• Use an RF scanner to check barcodes, match product names/numbers, and verify that the correct products and quantities are collected before shipping.

• Safely move products and fill orders within specified time limits using a pallet jack.

• Daily Clean-Up: Help keep the warehouse safe and tidy by performing daily tasks such as sweeping, emptying trash, and building boxes for the next day's shipments.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong computer literacy is a must. (Experience with basic shipping software is a big plus!)

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to read/interpret documents, match product codes accurately, and problem-solve on the fly.

• Ability to remain focused and work at a fast pace to meet daily shipping goals.

• Comfort working in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and using a pallet jack. (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs).
