Shift Requirements:
- Days, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
On Call/Call Back Requirements: On call 1-2 nights per week with taking call 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule. 30-minute response time.
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: - 2 weekends in a 6 week schedule.
- Weekend call is from Friday 5pm CST Monday 0630 CST.
- Will rotate through upcoming Holidays on the team they are placed on
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT (must have both)
Minimum Experience: - MUST HAVE CATH LAB EXPERIENCE- 2 years experience preferably.
- Charting/Equipment: EPIC/CUPID , GE MacLab/CardioLab
