About who needs care: A fib and congestive heart failure. Should be on oxygen as often as possible and has a small portable tank. If she is oxygen deprived it leads to brain fog, not being able to use arms and legs or even get to bathroom by herself About the care needs: Somebody who is social and friendly. My mother loves to socialize. Possibly someone with enough strength to lift her in the event she has a problem. My 88-year-old father is at home as well but does not have the strength or balance to lift her Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
