Area Coach

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Area Coach to lead, inspire, and elevate operations across 6 of our locations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations across 6 units, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards, food safety protocols, and guest service goals.
• Talent & Leadership Development: Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant General Managers. Build a strong internal bench and foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Financial Performance: Take full ownership of the region's P&L. Analyze performance metrics to optimize labor, manage food costs, and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Community & Market Growth: Serve as the brand ambassador for your patch, driving local marketing efforts and ensuring seamless execution of corporate rollouts.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of successful multi-unit management experience, specifically within the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR)
• Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing high-volume restaurant P&Ls, budgets, and cost-control systems.
• Leadership Style: A hands-on coach who leads by example, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a proven track record of developing leaders.
• Travel: Ability to travel regularly between the assigned locations
