Job DescriptionCompany Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Work with Vendors to resolve open issues
- Work with Buyers to resolve discrepancies
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and process payments
- Perform other administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- MS Excel experience preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
