Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Control inventory and ordering to maintain adequate supplies
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
  • Develop and maintain employee scheduling for optimal coverage
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing staff development
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to management
  • Address and resolve operational problems effectively

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in restaurant management
