About the Role

Rally UXR is expanding its Research Operations team and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Information Specialist to support research asset management and internal operations in a fully remote environment.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel at managing digital information, maintaining structured workflows, and collaborating across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, tag, and maintain research assets including transcripts, recordings, reports, and project documentation
  • Manage permissions, file access, and version control using platforms such as Google Workspace, Notion, Dovetail, and similar tools
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and data-security standards
  • Collaborate with research, design, and operations teams through Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain accurate digital records and support internal administrative workflows
  • Assist with operational coordination and documentation management

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in research operations, digital asset management, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Dovetail, Airtable, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting remote teams and asynchronous workflows
