The Role:

Our site inBurnetis seeking aLead Operatorin ourFill Hallway.

This positionrequiresstrong leadership and technical skills to ensure safeand efficient operationson the process floor.The Lead Operator will work hands-onperforming process tasks as well as assisting with thetraining and oversight ofthe manufacturing teamwhile consistently modeling Entegris PACE Values.The Lead will report to theCVDProduction Supervisorand effectivelyfill-inin the Supervisor's absence.

Shift schedule isMonday-Friday,7:00am-4:00pm.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaboratedailywith Supervisorongoals, initiatives, production and personnel updates.

  • SupportOperatorsbyensuring asafe andefficientworking environment.

  • Ensure production schedulesmeetqualityand delivery goals.

  • Lead dailyTDM and other Lean Initiatives.

  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve non-routine problems with process equipment.

  • Work with Engineering as neededto run experiments, troubleshoot systems, create/update PMs and maintain spare parts.

  • Otherprojects &duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

  • Chemical, gasor semiconductor experienceis stronglypreferred.

  • Safety Mindset: Proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.

  • PLC Operation: Knowledge of operating PLCs, valves, and pressure regulators.

  • Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management; SAP experience is a plus.

  • ISO 9001: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong technical problem-solving skills.

  • Flexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and to perform multipletasks

  • Expertleadership &communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of SAPor similarsystems.

  • Data driven decision making mindset.

  • Strong desire tolead andseek opportunities for continual improvement.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.Associate degree in chemistry, process operations,orotherfield a plus.

  • Manufacturing Experience:2+yearsofmanufacturingexperience; distillation experience is a plus.

  • Previous chemical handling experience.

  • Previous manufacturing experience.

  • Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to frequentlylift50lbs and push up to 130lbs.
