Job Description
We are looking for an experienced recruiting specialist to support hiring efforts for customer-facing branch positions across multiple regions. This long-term contract opportunity is based in Dublin, Ohio, and focuses on identifying suitable talent, guiding candidates through the early stages of the hiring process, and keeping recruitment activities organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing, screening, documentation, and interview coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage candidates with relevant experience for customer-facing branch openings across 21 supported regions.
• Conduct initial candidate evaluations to assess skills, experience, and overall fit for assigned roles.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure hiring documentation is completed and tracked throughout the process.
• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while keeping timelines and communication organized.
• Partner with internal teams to support an efficient recruitment workflow and provide updates on candidate progress.• Experience recruiting for high-volume or customer-facing positions.
• Strong ability to source candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Proven skill in screening applicants and evaluating alignment with job requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to documentation accuracy and follow-through.
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
