Manufacturing Facility
Pay: $21-$23/hour DOE
Available Shifts:
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
3rd shift is not currently active. Candidates hired for 3rd shift will train on 1st or 2nd shift for approximately 2-4 weeks until the shift is fully operational and a lead is in place.

Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves operating production equipment, inspecting finished products, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate manufacturing equipment including brake presses, resistance welders, mechanical power presses, saws, drills, and grinders
• Monitor machines during operation and identify or correct minor issues when needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Load and unload materials and package finished products into designated dunnage
• Accurately complete production paperwork and process documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Consistently meet production goals and attendance expectations

Requirements:
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working around loud machinery, temperature changes, and industrial equipment
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English for safety purposes
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Pre-Employment Requirements:
• Federal and county background check required
• 4-panel drug screen required
• I-9 and E-Verify completion required before start
• Candidates offered a position must complete:

• Schedule C Form
• EHS Training Confirmation

Additional Information:
• Weekly pay schedule runs Monday-Sunday
• Client uses a timeclock system for attendance
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with conversion eligibility after 400 hours
• Dress code is casual
• PPE requirements TBD

The onboarding process may take approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks from offer date to start date due to required documentation and training completion.
