Job Title: Concrete Foreman

Pay Rate: $28–$40 per hour

Location: Pueblo, CO

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial concrete construction projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish, including structural and vertical concrete work such as walls, bridges, and box culverts.

Required Skills (Needs)

• Proven experience as a concrete carpenter on commercial/structural concrete projects
• 1+ year of verifiable Foreman, Crew Lead, or Supervisor experience
• Ability to lead and manage crews of 10+ workers
• Strong knowledge of structural and vertical concrete pours (walls, bridges, box culverts)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of concrete forms, layout, pours, and finishing
• Commitment to job site safety, quality, and productivity

Preferred Skills (Wants)

• Civil construction experience
• Flatwork and finishing expertise
• Experience estimating and ordering materials
• Strong communication and crew training skills
• Equipment and machinery maintenance experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
