Candidates with direct experience are encouraged to reach out to Kevin Ross with Robert Half in Philadelphia for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
• Guide high-net-worth clients through complex estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning strategies tailored to their personal and family objectives.
• Prepare and execute sophisticated planning instruments, including irrevocable trust structures, charitable vehicles, and business succession arrangements designed to preserve and transfer wealth effectively.
• Advise trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and other fiduciaries on the legal and practical aspects of trust and estate administration.
• Develop succession frameworks for closely held companies and multigenerational family enterprises to support continuity and ownership transition goals.
• Partner with accountants, financial planners, and other external advisors to deliver coordinated and tax-efficient planning solutions.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships by serving as a strategic advisor and contributing to practice growth initiatives.
• At least 10 years of substantive experience in trusts and estates work within a major law firm, established boutique practice, or comparable private client environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax planning principles relevant to complex wealth structuring.
• Proven experience representing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities.
• Strong drafting ability with the judgment to create precise, customized estate planning documents.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Active bar admission and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
