Tooling Technician (CNC Experience) - $25/hr DOE
Reno, NV | Split Swing Shift | Temp-to-Hire

Join a top-tier manufacturer and put your CNC and tooling skills to work! We're seeking a skilled Tooling Technician to support production and engineering with precision, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain & repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures
• Set up CNC machines, adjust offsets, and perform tool changes
• Read blueprints & apply GD&T for accurate work
• Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators)
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvements
• Keep operations safe, efficient, and high-quality

What We're Looking For:

• Tool & die maintenance background
• CNC setup/programming/troubleshooting experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• CAD/CAM knowledge a plus
