Pay: $18.67/hour | Weekly Pay | Night Shift
Apply today, start tomorrow, and get paid weekly! Ascend Staffing is currently hiring a Quality Control Technician for a manufacturing facility in Garland, TX. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who are ready to grow with a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

Night Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Monday Friday
Perform quality inspections throughout all phases of production
Inspect incoming materials to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
Conduct visual inspections and measurement testing on raw materials and finished products
Approve or reject materials and products based on company standards
Communicate quality concerns and required adjustments to production supervisors
Complete documentation, reports, inspection logs, and re-work paperwork accurately
Monitor and maintain measurement and testing equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and manufacturing regulations
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed
Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and quality standards
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States
