Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking motivated individuals for Entry-Level Shop Labor openings in Forest Lake, MN. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, consistent routines, and a steady four‑day workweek.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $16.00

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (OT as needed)

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Shop Labor Tasks — Fit wire into table fixtures, activate foot pedal press, remove finished parts, and inspect for quality.

• Repetitive Production Work — Perform simple, repeatable steps throughout the shift.

• Quality Checks — Ensure parts meet visual and measurement standards.

• Machine Operation Support — Work with a table press machine in a safe, efficient manner.

• General Shop Support — Maintain a clean work area and assist with tasks as directed.

• Strong Reliability and consistent attendance

• Attention to Detail

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks

• Positive attitude and willingness to ask for additional work when tasks are completed
