Job Description
We are looking for an adaptable Office Services Associate to support day-to-day administrative and operational needs for a client site in Denver, Colorado. This is a Contract position focused on delivering dependable back-office support across copy, mail, scanning, reception-adjacent tasks, and general office upkeep. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing job details, confirming instructions, and recording work accurately in required logs.
• Complete copy, scanning, mail, and document intake assignments according to established procedures and committed turnaround times.
• Organize daily priorities to ensure work is processed, finished, and delivered on schedule for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor multifunction equipment, replenish paper and toner, and address routine operating issues before escalating more complex problems.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and presentation quality, while also supporting quality checks across shared team output when needed.
• Prepare conference rooms and shared office areas by restocking supplies and maintaining a clean, orderly environment for meetings and daily use.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and clients regarding deadlines, job status, or service concerns to keep work moving efficiently.
• Support additional front-of-office, hospitality, audio/visual, or facility-related tasks as business needs require.
• Handle physical materials and packages safely, including regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in office services, administrative support, or a similar back-office role; experience in a legal, banking, or corporate setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with office procedures such as mail handling, document processing, scanning, copying, and record maintenance.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, solid organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure.
• Comfort handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, make sound routine decisions, and recognize when issues should be escalated.
• Positive, team-oriented approach with willingness to learn equipment operation and assist with conference room upkeep and office replenishment.
