Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals looking for a highly organized Production Coordinator / Scheduler who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems. This role supports millwright operations by maintaining accurate production schedules and customer order data.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update color-coded production scheduling spreadsheets
• Manage and move production data across multiple spreadsheet systems
• Update and maintain 3-4 customer production databases
• Track production orders and shipping timelines
• Communicate schedule updates with customers and internal teams
• Deliver professional written and verbal communication
• Maintain focus and quickly return to tasks after interruptions

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Excel or spreadsheet management
• Excellent organizational and data accuracy skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and deadlines
