Industrial Blaster Painter

We are seeking a Industrial Blaster Painter in Pasadena Texas 77507 with $25/hour pay for a 12-month, temp opportunity. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Blaster Painter to support surface preparation and industrial coating operations in a fast-paced work environment. This role is responsible for preparing surfaces using blasting techniques and applying industrial coatings while following strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating blasting and painting equipment and maintaining attention to detail throughout the finishing process. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Dress Code:Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and other required PPE must be worn at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal and industrial surfaces by removing rust, dirt, old paint, and contaminants using blasting equipment and media such as sand, grit, or shot
• Ensure surfaces are properly cleaned, dried, and prepared before coating application to maintain quality and durability
• Apply industrial coatings including paints, primers, and sealants using spray guns, rollers, and brushes
• Mix coatings according to specifications while following all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper coating coverage, adhesion, and overall finish quality
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine checks to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, PPE requirements, and environmental guidelines during blasting and painting operations

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in industrial blasting and painting preferred
• Knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating application techniques
• Ability to operate blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with industrial safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
