Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
$25/hr+(based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations while assisting team members with priorities and workflow management.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery of materials.
Operate warehouse equipment safely to move, load, unload, and stage products and materials.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records through ERP systems.
Verify incoming and outgoing materials for quality, quantity, and accuracy against shipping documentation.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.
Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Train and support warehouse employees on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
Work closely with production, shipping, and management teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Follow company safety guidelines and maintain compliance with all warehouse policies and procedures.
Identify process improvements and help implement operational efficiencies where applicable.
Job Requirements:
Previous warehouse leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Certification (Sit-Down Forklift required).
Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Experience using ERP systems, including NetSuite and Oracle required.
Strong inventory control and material management experience.
Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, inventory records, and work orders.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial warehouse environments.
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory management practices.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
