Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: recently discharged from hospital; mobile and can go to the bathroom by himself. Needs support with reminders to take meds; food cooked or meal prepped; likes to chat. Daily structure would be wake up, take vitals (all automated), eat and take pills, get dressed, relax until doctors/pt/or next meal About the care needs: Pleasant, rolls with the punches, diligent, likes to chat, ability to cook or prep simple meals. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
