Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert nursing care in the CVOR setting with a focus on patient safety.
\n
• Scrub and first assist experience preferred to support surgical teams as needed.
\n
• Rotate on-call shifts among staff to ensure patient care coverage.
\n
• Utilize Cerner for precise and efficient documentation of patient care.
\n
• Follow facility policies and surgical attire guidelines.
\n
• Maintain high standards for surgical outcomes and efficiency in procedures.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years CVOR experience with strong circulator skills.
\n
• Experience with procedures such as CABG, valve replacement, and VATS.
\n
• Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
\n
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining patient experience standards and surgical safety.
\n
