Description
In this night position, you will alternate between 36 and 48 hours weekly, supporting the team when the current supervisor is unavailable. You'll need to possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, and demonstrate knowledge of Joint Commission standards. This role requires effective communication and decision-making skills, making it essential for a team player who can maintain boundaries while supervising staff.
