Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Manage and care for patients in the Birthing Center/Mother Baby unit.
\n
• Independently attend deliveries and circulate in C-sections.
\n
• Assist with catching and transitioning newborns post-delivery.
\n
• Titrate and manage magnesium, Pitocin, and insulin drips as needed.
\n
• Collaborate with OB/Neonatologists and anesthesia providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC charting system.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of Washington required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years LDRP experience preferred; travel nursing experience is an asset.
\n
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
\n
• Must be able to function in both postpartum and routine mom and baby care settings.
\n
• Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays as scheduled.
\n
• Proven ability to adapt to workflow changes and accept constructive feedback.
\n
