Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (RN, CVOR) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
\n
• Coordinate with surgical team members to ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available.
\n
• Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures such as CABG, MVR, and AVR.
\n
• Document and monitor patient progress and surgical outcomes accurately using Meditech.
\n
• Participate in on-call schedules and provide coverage as required.
\n
• Contribute to patient safety and quality control measures consistently.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license with at least 2 years of experience in acute CVOR settings.
\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
\n
• Experience with open heart instrumentation and TEE equipment preferred.
\n
• Proficient in cardiovascular procedures including CABG and pacemaker insertions.
\n
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and function independently.
\n
