Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to obstetric and neonatal patients in a 15-bed unit
\n
• Titrate intravenous drips such as Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium as needed
\n
• Interpret fetal monitoring strips and respond with critical thinking skills
\n
• Collaborate with nurse aides and surgical techs to ensure optimal patient care
\n
• Float as needed to Medsurg and ER units
\n
• Adhere to facility policies regarding shift scheduling, attire, and equipment use
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license with experience in the Labor & Delivery unit
\n
• Current BLS and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications
\n
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting fetal monitoring strips
\n
• Experience with MEDITECH EMR systems preferred
\n
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
\n
• Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities
\n
