A leading regional healthcare system in Yuma, Arizona is hiring Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) for permanent, full-time day and night shift opportunities. These roles offer strong compensation, a high-acuity patient mix, EPIC charting, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced intensivists and respiratory leadership in a Level II Trauma Center environment.

Position Overview
\n• Permanent, full-time direct hire positions
\n • 36 hours per week
\n • 12-hour shifts
\n • Day and night openings available
\n • EPIC electronic medical record system
\n • Level II Trauma Center environment
\n • Adults, pediatrics, and neonatal exposure available depending on experience
\n • Opportunity to float between inpatient and freestanding ED coverage
• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates
• Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates

Shift Details
\nDays: 6:00a – 6:00p
\n Nights: 6:00p – 6:00a
• Every other weekend required
\n • Holiday rotation required
\n • Block scheduling not guaranteed but accommodations may be considered
\n • Additional shift differentials may apply for nights/weekends

Compensation & Incentives
\n• Pay range: $33.74 – $50.61/hr
\n • Approximate annual range: $63,161 – $94,741 based on schedule and experience

Key Responsibilities
\n• Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment
\n • Perform ABGs, respiratory treatments, and vent adjustments
\n • Assist with intubations and emergency airway management
\n • Provide respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients as qualified
\n • Attend deliveries and C-sections for NICU-trained therapists
\n • Collaborate with intensivists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
\n • Float as needed to affiliated freestanding emergency department locations
\n • Document patient care accurately within EPIC
\n
Requirements
\n• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
\n • Arizona Respiratory License required
\n • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
\n • NRP required for candidates with NICU responsibilities
\n • Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred
\n • EPIC experience required
\n • CRT candidates will not be considered
\n
