\n\nJob Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients including high-risk obstetric care. \n
- Administer and monitor mother and neonate post-delivery, providing necessary interventions as required. \n
- Prepare and assist in obstetric procedures such as cesarean sections and deliveries. \n
- Utilize advanced knowledge of fetal monitoring to ensure appropriate responses to fetal heart tracings. \n
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes and unit efficiency. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic charting system. \n

- Current AK RN license in hand by start date; pending license acceptable for initial submission. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing. \n
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced. \n
- Charge experience preferred, or willingness to train for charge nurse responsibilities. \n
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs and adapt to variable shifts. \n
- Capable of working weekends on a rotating basis and committing to holiday schedules as required. \n
