Job Description
\nWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective treatment.
\nRequirements

- Active RN License \n
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) RN experience \n
- Acute care experience required \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required \n
Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments \n
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans \n
- Monitor patient responses and document clinical interventions \n
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans \n
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams \n
- Delegate tasks appropriately and mentor support staff \n
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards \n
