Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Transplant Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide medical-surgical and telemetry care to adult transplant patients.
\n
• Administer and manage required drips, including Nitro, Heparin, and Insulin.
\n
• Float within the scope of practice to meet facility needs across various units.
\n
• Utilize EPIC for electronic charting and data management.
\n
• Ensure compliance with the nicotine-free facility policy.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including care techs and transport staff.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in Nebraska or pending with a start plan.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
\n
• EPIC charting experience is mandatory.
\n
• Experience in managing transplant patients is preferred.
\n
• First-time travelers not accepted without specific experience.
\n
