Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic care in an operating room setting. \n
- Perform duties related to charge RN responsibilities as needed. \n
- Participate in variable scheduling, including weekend and holiday rotations. \n
- Be available for on-call shifts, shared with other nursing staff. \n
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety guidelines, including use of equipment and documentation in Epic. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care. \n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting. \n
- Experience in Level I trauma centers required. \n
- BLS certification required. \n
- Proficiency in using Epic charting system essential. \n
- Must have a valid California RN license. \n
- Willingness to float to other departments or facilities as needed. \n
