Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic care in an operating room setting.
\n
• Perform duties related to charge RN responsibilities as needed.
\n
• Participate in variable scheduling, including weekend and holiday rotations.
\n
• Be available for on-call shifts, shared with other nursing staff.
\n
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety guidelines, including use of equipment and documentation in Epic.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
\n
• Experience in Level I trauma centers required.
\n
• BLS certification required.
\n
• Proficiency in using Epic charting system essential.
\n
• Must have a valid California RN license.
\n
• Willingness to float to other departments or facilities as needed.
\n
