Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Assist surgeons during operating room procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile technique.
\n
• Prepare surgical equipment and maintain inventory before and after surgeries.
\n
• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status during surgery.
\n
• Facilitate smooth room turnaround and support efficient surgical schedules.
\n
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current and valid CA RN license.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room nursing experience required.
\n
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
\n
• Experience with Epic charting is preferred.
\n
• Strong knowledge and skills in infection control and surgical protocols.
\n
• Ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines and with diverse patient populations.
