Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide exceptional patient care in a 32-bed labor and delivery unit.
\n
• Implement intermediate fetal monitoring to ensure maternal and fetal well-being.
\n
• Collaborate with charge and co-charge nurses to accommodate 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios.
\n
• Administer BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE protocols as per facility guidelines.
\n
• Utilize advanced equipment such as Novii, JADA, and Fetal Pillow for optimal care delivery.
\n
• Engage in team-focused care, maintaining a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
\n
• Certification in EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, with competency in SVE and C-section circulation.
\n
• Experience in high-volume, Level IV labor and delivery units preferred.
\n
• Previous experience or assignments within HCA healthcare systems advantageous.
\n
• Competency in internal monitor placement is highly desired.
\n
• Ability to adhere to professional dress code with navy blue scrubs and solid color sweatshirts.
\n
