Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Participate in surgical procedures as a circulating and, when necessary, scrub nurse.
\n
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care in the CVOR.
\n
• Read and interpret EKG strips effectively.
\n
• Assist with the management of post-operative patients, ensuring adherence to recovery protocols.
\n
• Participate in a rotating call schedule, including overnight and weekends, as required.
\n
• Document care and patient responses in the EMR system accurately and promptly.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current and valid RN license to practice in California.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVOR setting required.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
\n
• Strong experience handling cardiovascular surgeries such as CABG and valve replacements.
\n
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
