• Radius Rule: Local candidates are accepted with slightly adjusted pay rate!

Role & Floating Expectations\n

• The Role: Acting as a Med/Tele RN Supervisor, overseeing unit flow, staff, and patient care delivery.
\n
• Floating (Strictly Required): Please note that all staff assigned to this facility are required to float to any and all units based on daily hospital staffing needs. Extreme flexibility is essential to maintain safe and effective patient care across departments.
\n

Requirements & Experience\n

\n
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-time RN experience, with at least 1 full year operating in a direct supervisory or clinical leadership capacity.
\n
• License: Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required at the time of submission.
\n
• Certifications: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS are required.
\n

🚨 CRITICAL Onboarding & Compliance Deadlines\n

The facility is extremely strict on compliance and will not allow anyone to start with pending items.

• Orientation: The facility only holds one orientation per month.
\n
• Target Start Date: August 3, 2026.
\n
• File Deadline: Complete credentialing files are due exactly 3 Fridays prior to the start date (For the 8/03 start, files are strictly due by July 17).
