Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, adhering to AWOHNN guidelines.
\n
• Manage postpartum patients in a unit with 4 postpartum beds.
\n
• Circulate for C-sections and assist in managing high-risk deliveries.
\n
• Collaborate with OB techs and ensure birth plans are followed.
\n
• Utilize fetal link for fetal monitoring and Cerner for charting.
\n
• Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum as required.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of California.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum required.
\n
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
\n
• Experience with Cerner EMR and ability to follow birth plans.
\n
• No first-time travelers; travel experience preferred.
\n
• C-section and high-risk delivery experience expected.
\n
