Crew Member

Customer Service & Register: Greeting guests, taking accurate orders at the front counter and drive-thru, processing payments, and resolving customer requests with a positive attitude.

Food & Beverage Preparation: Brewing coffee, mixing specialty drinks (like lattes, teas, and Refreshers), assembling breakfast sandwiches, and selecting and boxing donuts.

Store Cleanliness & Restocking: Maintaining a clean workspace by washing dishes, wiping down counters, sweeping, emptying trash, and keeping the display cases and stocking stations filled

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Restaurant front of house skills: drive thru
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
• Available to work: weekends
