PRST is looking for an experienced commercial HVAC professional for a full time/ temp to hire opportunity in Suitland, MD. This role involves working in a commercial office setting to ensure systems run efficiently and effectively, contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients.
In this full- time role, you'll earn 30-32.50 per hour (based on experience & need for per diem), enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. $1000 sign on bonus offered which would be paid out weekly starting with the first paycheck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
- Change out filters, clean coils, and conduct inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience with proven expertise in preventative maintenance and repairs.
- EPA/Universal Certification is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work either a day or evening shift
