Baker- Donuts/Cakes

At Dunkin', a Donut Maker (often called a Baker or Finisher) is responsible for ensuring the bakery case is fully stocked, fresh, and visually appealing before the morning rush hits.

Finishing and Decorating: They glaze, frost, powder, and fill the donuts (with jelly, cream, etc.) once they cool, ensuring each item looks neat and appetizing.

Design & Decorate (Cakes): They frost, pipe, and decorate pre-made ice cream cakes using icing, gel, and toppings, following both standard Baskin-Robbins brand designs and custom customer requests.

Assemble Cakes: They layer the ice cream and sponge cake bases together, ensuring they are properly frozen, trimmed, and shaped before decorating.

Manage Custom Orders: They review order forms, match specific flavor combinations, and write personalized messages (like "Happy Birthday") with precise lettering.

Inventory & Display: They keep the display freezer fully stocked with grab-and-go cakes and track decorating supplies (like specialized tips, frostings, and edible images).

Maintain Speed and Quality: Because ice cream melts quickly, they must work fast in a cold environment while keeping the workspace clean and sanitized to meet food safety standards.
