Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Washington, DC? PRST is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team! If you have expertise in HVAC maintenance, boiler systems, and steam distribution, we want to hear from you. In this full- time role, you'll earn 30-32 per hour (based on experience & need for per diem), enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. $1000 sign on bonus offered which would be paid out weekly starting with the first paycheck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance, including changing out filters and cleaning systems.
- Handle boiler and steam distribution systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Lift and carry 50 lbs repetitively as part of daily job duties.
- Utilize basic HVAC maintenance hand tools (larger tools will be provided on-site).
Required Qualifications:
- EPA/Universal Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with boiler and steam distribution systems.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a commercial setting.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of continuous HVAC experience
Possess tools of the trade
Must be able to work holidays as needed
May be needed to stand/walk for long period of time, work overhead, and carry up to 50 lbs of materials throughout the day
