7-week travel assignment
Long Term Care / Nursing Home setting
2 LPNs needed
Day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
3×12-hour shifts = 36 hours/week
Every other weekend required
$38/hour
Estimated weekly pay: $1,368 (36 hours/week)
Provide daily nursing care in LTC setting
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and report changes
Assist with resident ADLs and care plans
Document accurately in facility EMR
Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and care team
Active LPN license (SD or compact eligible)
LTC / nursing home experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Strong medication administration skills
Comfortable with high patient load environment
Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care facility
High-acuity geriatric patient population
Team-based nursing care environment
