What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs

• Provide therapeutic interventions designed to restore physical function and mobility

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals

• Establish and coordinate discharge plans to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supervise therapy assistants and support staff as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for licenses obtained after January 2016

• BLS certification required

• Previous physical therapy experience preferred

• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient care skills
