RN II-PEDS (CNA)

Pediatric RN | San Luis Obispo, CA

Provide compassionate pediatric care in one of California’s most beautiful coastal communities. We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Pediatric RN to join a collaborative healthcare team in San Luis Obispo, CA—supporting infants, children, and families through exceptional patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients from newborns to adolescents

• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage treatments safely

• Respond confidently to pediatric emergencies and acute care situations

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

• Float and cross-train in NICU as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license in California

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required

• PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications required

• Experience with newborn step-down care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
