Pediatric School Nurse RN

Location: Lebanon, NJ (Clinton School District) Setting: School-Based Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem school-based nursing opportunities in Lebanon, NJ, supporting the Clinton School District. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and enjoy working in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

We currently have immediate needs for substitute school nursing coverage within the district. In this position, you will support a variety of short-term and long-term school nurse assignments, working with students across multiple grade levels.

Additional opportunities may include one-on-one student support and bus run assignments, depending on district needs.

• Accompany students on class trips — Provide nursing oversight and support during school outings and field trips

• RN: $39–$41/hr

• Active New Jersey RN License

• Preferred 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
