Housekeeper Needed - Now Hiring

I have limited mobility and an auto immune disease that really leaves me exhausted. I really just need my kitchen cleaned for the time being. I am embarrassed by my sink full of dishes and not cleared counters. If it works out I would gladly expand services in the future. My adult son works 12 hrs a day and almost never uses dishes or silverware just disposable stuff but he does use oven and stove which need cleaning regularly.
