Position: Field Data Collector

Location: Middle Penisula

Hours: M-F 8 to 5. Some Flexibility.

Full or Part-Time. Flexible hours but must work during the weekday and between 8 and 5 pm. Start and stop times somewhat flexible.

Job Description:

Measure homes and outbuildings

Snap clear photographs of structures

Note the condition & any unique features

Verify essential property data with friendly homeowners

No appraisal license or experience in necessary. Howevery, Appraisal Training is available for the right candidates with appraisal licensure a possibility for committed employees.

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Comfortable approaching & speaking to homeowners

Basic tech skills (operating digital devices & apps)

Reliable transportation

Detail-oriented and accurate data recording
