What you’ll do

• Precisely pick items and pack orders to specification and quality standards.
• Load and unload trucks; move materials on and off pallets safely.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area to support safety and productivity.
• Perform inventory counts and help replenish stock to correct locations.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Escalate discrepancies or issues to your supervisor without delay.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in material handling, picking, or packing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory/warehouse systems.
• Use of pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Openness to flexible scheduling and overtime as needed.
