Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic strategies and activities based on treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using the Cerner charting system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Adhere to all applicable policies and up to 4 shift cancellations per assignment guidelines.
- Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- BLS Certification required.
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
