Compensation & Incentives
Salary range:
- $61,776 – $98,841 (based on experience)
- $33 – $52.80 hourly (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care for medical-surgical and post-operative patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery
- Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans utilizing the nursing process and ANA standards
- Administers medications, monitors patient conditions, and utilizes clinical equipment and technology to support care
- Educates patients and families on health conditions and self-care needs while acting as a patient advocate
Requirements
- New Jersey RN License
- BLS Certification (Required)
- CMSRN (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience
