Our client, the automotive industry leader, is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have a welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, passion for luxury brand of cars and a customer-focused approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Call Center Agents
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Pay Range: $16.50
Shift: Varies, as early as 9:00 am up to 8:00pm.
What's the Job?
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding brand's program.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program
- Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty
- Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Process tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed
- Schedule appointments and provide concierge experience to customers
What's Needed?
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Knowledge about brand loyalty and concierge services
- Passion for cars and Enthusiastic, up-beat; welcoming personality
