Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Seeking experienced Project Executive in design/build construction industry

· Development and implementation of policies and procedures

· Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills

· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

· 10-15 years direct experience in industrial construction

· Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules

· Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently

· Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects

Salary Range: $120-150K
